This intense 10 minute abs circuit is designed to help you build thicker abs; abs that can be seen more easily with a slightly higher body fat percentage.
This workout will be performed as a circuit. There is no structured rest in between exercises. It’s ok to rest a bit to catch your breath, but try to limit rest as much as possible. Get your bearings and keep going.

Sir,
I was to burn my fat. Everyday I plan that I’ll not eat oily things. But I end up eating those things. Please give me some tips and exercises where I can burn my fat from tummy as well as gain muscels. I can’t go for gym because of my busy work schedule. So, so tell me some exercises which I can do at home.
I had a similar problem. But now I workout at home using resistance bands. 1 hour of religious workout. Where 20 mins I devote for the abs. Also diet is of prime importance. Try and avoid unhealthy stuff as much as you can. I managed to lose 18 kgs in less than a year just by following a proper diet and a planned workout. All the best!
