I am 22 years old having 5.7 feet height and weighing 60 kg.
I joined gym 5 months back.
I started consuming weigh proteins 1 month ago. I heard from someone that weigh protein should be consumed with milk but i am consuming in water.Also someone said that I need to take calcium/vitamin tablets along with Liv52 tablets. Please guide.
Further I also don’t have ant idea whether I should take weight gainer or continue with whey protein.
i go to gym at 6:15 in morning and am also working in a job and come home by 9 pm. Please suggest how to plan meal intake/supplements.
I have heard that some supplements have a side effect of hair growth on your body. Any one know what they are? Any information on this would appreciated.
