    i am aniket height 5″10 n weight 60kgs
    i want to start with mass gainer…and i have nonveg on alternate days…so is it fine if i intake nonveg supplement on nonveg days and veg supplement on d veg days..
    will it hv any negative effect on my body?



    mass gainer is just powdered food. It should not negatively affect you.
