    hlo sr .’; I m Raj Thakur .I jst start gym ffm last one mnth and I m 5 .11″ and my weight is 83 I have lots if fat in around my chest n stomach .i want a big muscles and big shoulders is any supplements is good for me as I told that my weight is 83 and fat in chest . sr I jst star running in morning and gym in evening sr I jst want to know how to burn chest fat so fast n how I get shape so sr need a proper diet plan and work out schedule plz plz I really need ur advice waiting for ur rply

    LOSING WEIGHT AND FAT IS VERY DIFFICULT MATTER. i ADVISE TO GO SLOW.
    It will be better you take 6-8 very small balanced meals and train 3-4 times a week. You shopuld do cardios after the workout. Must perform every muscle 2-3 times a week.
    Don’t take any type of sweets and take simple carbs even juses and more salad even.
    Just be regular and have patience..you will get the results.

    I weight 77kgs
    My height is 193 cms
    I workout 4-6 times a week, for 1-2 hours.
    I want to gain mass, any tips on my diet?
