I am 23 years old, 5 ft 7 inches and i weight 61.3 kg. I would like to get few tips on improving my diet to gain.
I stated gym 3 months back with a diet plan currently as follows :
Before workout – 1x banana, 1x 1 chapati, whey protein.
After workout – 2 x banana, whey protein
Breakfast – 4 eggs (white), 2 chapati’s
Lunch – 5 chapati and some fruits.
Evening – light snacks non-potato and other calories stuff.
Dinner – 4 chapati, 4 x eggs (white)
My problem is that i stated at 58 kg but i gained pretty good within 1 month and by 2nd month i was 61 kg, but currently its almost 4th month and i am stuck on the same weight. Pretty much don’t understand whats wrong. My workout routine is as follows:
Monday – Legs
Tuesday – Back , Biceps
Wednesday – Abbs
Thursday – chest shoulder triceps
Would love to get some tips
guys I am 26 years old and 360 lbs weight, I have take some diet pills for weight loss, now i am suffering from headache, body pain.
help me how to discomfit the side effects of diet pills?
